My go-to chicken recipe for a teen with discriminating taste.

Previously, I shared how picky my youngest son is with what he eats. This recipe is my go-to recipe when I'm strapped with time and energy to prepare something he'd actually eat.

Ingredients:

2 lbs chicken wingettes or drummettes 1/4 cup red wine vinegar

1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce 1/2 tsp garlic salt

1. Marinate chicken with soy sauce, vinegar and garlic salt for at least 30 minutes.

2. Turn oven on to 350 deg F.

3. Arrange chicken in a shallow pan and discard the marinade.

4. Bake for 40-45 minutes.

It's very simple and much better than feeding him processed food. He normally dips this in ranch dressing. Now if I can just get him to eat his veggies!
